To increase the understanding of participatory and pluralistic management in our institution and to promote leadership and employee participation in all our processes for this purpose, we increase training, cultural and sports activities for continuous development.

We are committed to ensuring and implementing applicable conditions by constantly monitoring the effectiveness of ISO 9001: 2015 quality management system and making the necessary improvements, creating, implementing and implementing effective quality management systems in all processes in our institution to provide sustainable products and services at the level of international standards.
